GIFENNSE Mens Chelsea Boots Leather Dress Boots for Men

I've gotten several unsolicited complements on these shoes since purchasing them about a week ago. A great looking pair of boots that go well with jeans and darker pants. The leather quality appears good. They're not overly thin but they have broken in relatively quickly and I can tell that they'll ultimately be pretty comfortable boots. (I'll probably put a Dr Scholls liner in at some point). The rubber soles work well for walkers (I live in the city so I tend to put mileage on shoes).Size: They do run just a touch big. I'm typically somewhere between an 11 and 12 shoe but closer to 12. I originally got the 12's and they were definitely big on me. The 11's worked well. If you're deciding between two sizes I'd recommending erring on the smaller side.

It’s a beautiful looking boot, but the construction is very bad. When I first received them I was concerned about damaging the elastic when I put them on, but by my 4th wear they were fine. Unfortunately they did not hold up. By my 9th or 10th wear I noticed that the stitching that attaches the elastic to the boot upper had failed. For a boot that costs $100 this is ridiculous. I’m an office worker. I walk from my car to the train and then 200 yards from the train station to my office. That is the extent of the use that these boots have seen. It’s absurd that they should fail so quickly.Do yourself a favor and find a better made Chelsea boot. These may look nice, but they’re junk!Edit: I just realized that right boot has also failed in nearly the same spot. The stitching has popped out and the boot upper is pulling away from the elastic. This is not a fluke of quality control. These boots are just plain bad!

I normally wear 10.5 and based on reviews ordered 10.5, fits nice. Easy to slide in with a shoe horn. Happy so far with initial quality and wear comfort.

The boots are gorgeous. I thought they would be a little tight, because of the toe, but they are extremely comfortable. I would recommend this to any guy.

I have ordered a total of 5 pairs of tbese boots. The last three pair I have ordered were defective, with one pair having a large blemish on the toe, and the other two pair mistakenly stamped the incorrect size. I have contacted Amazon, as well as the vendor, due to wanting to order another pait, yet wanted to make sure they were not defective. I have had zero response from Amazon or thr vendor. If this is how you treat your best customers, how do you treat your worst???

I'm 5,11 ft , with a 10,5 shoe size...these boots were the right size, fairly comfy on my feet, stylish, and made of real leather.. I'll buy them in the other available colors..very good brand , and highly recommendable..

I bought 4 pairs of shoes on Amazon before I bought these, Deer Stag, etc., and this one was the best by far. These shoes are high quality through and through - from the box it came in, to the soul made of several custom pieces, this show looks and feels like a fine, custom-made Italian pair of dress shoes. Also, I have had these for over 2 months now, and they have held up very well! I recommend this product.

I ordered a pair of these shoes at the first of the year, and they came out of the box looking great, feeling of good quality, and had a good leather smell. I'm not sure if the "Chelsea boot" style runs big, but I usually wear a size 13-14 shoe/boot. When I tried some other brands of this style shoe like Kenneth Cole and Steve Madden, all of their size 13 shoes ran too big as well. They didn't have size 12's in stock, and I thought the stores I was at just ran big, so I went home and ordered a 13 in these. They fit the best, but still too big, so I ordered a size 12 and I was very happy!! I would recommend if you want the shoes to fit more like dress shoes and less like boots, order a size smaller.
