it helped mildly for a couple days, all in all i would recommend normal use of Derman's and using this only when you need a good foot soak for pain issues with a slight benefit of foot fungal killing.

Q: Do you use the whole bag for one soak?

Not the whole bag. I have never measured but I would say a 1/4 cup is what I use. The soak is pretty powerful so not much is needed. A very refreshing foot soak.
