Not the accurate item was sent didn't fit right

We bought these adapters in March of this year. Just two days ago my dad calls me and send the truck made a weird clunk sounds from the front right wheel. Come to find out 6 of 8 studs sheared off. We put lock tight and torque them to spec. Also checked them bi weekly for the first month. Imagine making a turn or on the highway at 70 and a wheel falls off. Very disappointed in this product.
