I bought this to replace the previous MK270 which lasted for over 8 years at my office.It may not have a "premium feel" or any other shenanigans but it is a work horse. Highly recommended!

Not recommended
Keyboard is having a bug, often your keys doesn’t type instantly and takes nearly 2-3 mins to display the typed words. Worst case you need to disconnect and connect back for proper functioning.I use this keyboard for office purpose and facing this everyday at least 3-4 times. My colleagues who use this device facing the same issue.Not recommended.
