Q: Just received this item and notice that it doesn't charge the capsule max if the max is turned off, only if the max is on? it that the same for you?

I use this to charge a "solar generator". At first I thought I received a broken item but I went back and read description again. Turns out I was using a charger and cable that did not meet the minimum requirements of 65w. I'm using a 65w charger with 100w cord and it works great. Hope this helps.
