A very good buy.
They were a tight fit compared to normal bulbs in the track lights I'm using them in but they work fine. Like all other LED-based replacements I have used, they do not dim to very low levels like normal halogen lights do. The minimum current required to keep them going is just too high. They still dim pretty good to a reasonable level but they have the HUGE benefit of staying relatively warm instead of scorching hot like normal halogen bulbs. They are actually a bit brighter than the 50W halogen bulbs I replaced and the reduction in heat they radiate is nice. Also consider that this entire pack uses less than half of the energy than a single regular bulb uses.3x50w halogen bulbs = 150W * 4 hours per day * 30 days /1000 * 0.11 cent per kWh = $1.98 per month usage. these bulbs are 15w * 3 = 45 * 4 * 30 /1000 * 11 cents per kWh = ~60 cents per month. So you save about $1.50 per month if you run them 4 hours a day (a conservative estimate in my household) per every 3 that you replace. so about 50 cents per bulb per month. So in about 15 months they'll pay themselves off, though of course the per kWh rate depends on where you live but the point is that since LEDs have a very long lifespan, you definitely win out by changing over to LED lights. I know CFLs can be a bit unreliable, but LED lights are very reliable. So these are definitely worth the money if they last even only 5 years, but they'll likely last much more than that.

Great replacement for outdoor lighting! Ok Maybe not so great
These are a great low power replacement for outdoor lighting. They're nice and bright, and have a nice warm color to them. They seem to be high quality and well made. I guess time will tell. I purchased 6 and they're all working great. If something changes I'll be sure to update. I wouldn't hesitate to buy them again!UPDATE JUNE 27 2014So I haven't even had them in a month, and two have failed already. I have them outside in some landscape lighting, and I think they just get too hot in the housing. They get hot enough to where you can't touch them without the risk of burning yourself. I don't know if it was designed that way or not, but generally LEDs can't take heat for too long. I've already contacted the company through Amazon about the first one going bad, and to their credit they said they'd refund me the price of on bulb (hasn't happened yet though). Now a second one. Looking at the bulb, it looks like the heat did some damage to the plastic lens inside. It now has a rough frosty white appearance around one of the LEDs instead of being mostly clear. The new ones don't look like that. I think I'm gonna start looking for another brand or type instead of these. I liked them while they lasted, but I'm going to have to replace these anyway. I don't think I can trust replacing them with the same ones. I'm changing my rating to 3 stars. If it does turn out to just be these two, then I'll reconsider my rating then.

Serious quality control issues - 4 bulbs failed within 1 week
Very disappointed. Save yourself the hassle. Within the first week, three of the bulbs had burnt out. A forth bulb had the front lens cover fall off. I contacted seller/manufacturer several times via email for warranty replacement. I received a confirmation responses from the rep, but never received any replacement bulbs. There are some obvious and very serious quality control issues in play. Too bad, the two lights that are still working are plenty bright with an accurate color temperature.

So Far not So Good as of 4-22-2015 all have burned out....I will not order them again
They've been in use for a week now and everything appears to be fine. Good color and brightness. They are used in my landscape lighting. We'll update later if any problems arise. If this review goes unchanged from this date 4/14/2014 then the consider me happy! It's now 6/03/2014 everything works great! As for landscaping lighting....... perfect. Changed the rating to 5 stars.....they work great and I'll order more as needed (me adding more accent lighting and not worrying about electric costs)I'll update this at the time when they start to burn out, they run 8 hrs a night.

Great bulbs - but beware if you have a two-stage dimmer on a range hood
I used these as a replacement for the hot halogens in my Zephyr range hood. Though these are listed as dimmable, they do not handle my hood's 2-stage dimmer (one press for bright, one press for less bright, one more press for off). They function just fine on the bright setting, but they flicker on the less bright setting. I rarely use the less bright setting anyway, though my wife likes it as a night light, which is not possible with these. I cannot verify how they handle a normal dimmer, but I like them so I will keep them.

Awesome Color! Reliable product! Money saver! Bright Light!
Our flood lights, which we keep on at night, were killing us on our electricity bills. So I began to look for alternatives. I have always hated the LED light because of the freakish blue color, it made me feel like I was in some basement laboratory. I came across these and thought I would give it a try. I was VERY PLEASED! The color is identical to a regular bulb! I can't tell a difference between the two in a side by side comparison. I bought 12 floodlights all of them worked perfect coming out of the box with none of the notorious flickering that the brand home depot carries does. The brightness is also comparable, can't tell a difference. Also my power bill has gone down significantly. (90% reduction on power use compared with my old bulbs) They have been great and I plan to purchase some interior lighting from them in the future. Absolutely recommend!

Decent for the price
These are good for the price and were purchased to replace other failing LEDs. I do find that one of three has some flashing or shaking in the beam. I can't complain what I pay for a 3 pack is what I would pay for a single one at a big box store.
