It's really good in my opinion
I love these things and have been using them for a bit. The durability is good, functionality is great and the value is awesome. It also gives a really good burn after just like ten or twenty minutes of like shadowboxing or something. Love em, just wish I would use them more often lol.

Update!
Have been using this 6 days a week for about 2 months. This is very durable.....definitely helps with stamina and speed.Update: The part that attaches to your ankles gave out and snapped after a year. I plan on buying a new one though because it's phenomenally beneficial piece of equipment.
