If you have a child who loves to help you cook or is getting more curious in the kitchen, this would be the perfect set for them. I was expecting a set similar to the ones I received as a child: cheap feeling, made of plastic, with seams down the middle of the fruit. When I got this box I was surprised by how hefty it felt!I opened up the box I was extremely impressed with how nice everything was. This isn't fake "wood;" this is actual wood as described in the listing. Everything was smooth, so you won't have to worry about rough edges or splinters. The color on these is really nice, and I appreciate that they used eco-friendly and non-toxic and dyes for this. I really feel like these are the type of toys that will hold up over time and won't end up in the trash in 6 months.This is a very gift-able set, so even if you're not shopping for your own little one, this would be a good thing for kids who are curious about the kitchen to get! I see that they also have a tea set that would probably make a great gift if you know a kid who isn't necessarily into cooking. Overall, I'm really happy with this item!

Wonderful wooden kitchen set!! The price point seems a bit high. It came with a cast iron skillet, a Dutch oven, salt and pepper shakers, vegetables, olive oil, and more. Can't wait to give it to my 3 y/o daughter to cook with in her play kitchen!

We have been slowly changing our 3-year-old son's kitchen toys to wood (from plastic), and these accessories will be a great addition to that change. It has a great variety of accessories (we are especially happy with the frying pan and pot/lid, both of which are of good size) and will provide plenty of opportunities for our son to use his creativity to cook things in his little kitchen.The chopped food are a very cute idea and something that we haven't seen very much with other sets, though the quality of them are not as good as pot and pan. The utensils are also a bit smaller in size than what we expected, especially compared to the original ones that we got with his wooden kitchen, but it will still be nice to have around as spares for when his friends come over.Overall, I would recommend this accessory set - it has proven to be a great addition for us so far!

Ordered this for a Christmas gift to give to one of our family member’s son who is two and a half years old. He likes anything that has to do with the kitchen. He wants to help cook. He pulls out pots and pans to play pretend cooking.The goal is to encourage his desire to learn about cooking and food. This playset will be perfect for him, it will allow him to pretend he is cooking. It will give his parents a break from having to wash the same pans he dirties everyday.This is a high quality playset and I know it will see many hours of make believe play time. The 25 pieces that make up this set are made to stand the test of time, i weighed the set and it weighs nearly 2 1/2 pounds! When the time comes that this set is no longer played with, I think it could be packed away and saved for his children to play with someday!At the time of this review the OMYBaby Wooden Play Kitchen was selling for $26.99 which is an excellent price for this very well made playset that includes twenty five pieces!

I love this, got it for my daughters who got a play kitchen for Christmas, and I love it, I will say the first time the little red pot was dropped, the handle broke off, but I glued it back on and it's fine now. Granted I will say it was dropped on hard tile so maybe that's why. I would still recommend this set. I love it, and my kids love it.
