Seemed like a nice idea to have a digital meter with good reviews at an affordable price so took a chance. Sadly this unit does not work. Calibrated at 6.86 with first solution but refused to calibrate any further with the other two. Won't read pH at anything other than 9.6! Sending back. Good thing item is discontinued now as it is an effort in frustration.

It came with solution to calibrate but it won't read the 4.01 at all. As soon as its placed in the 4.01 it reads 0000 and when I hold calibrate in the 4.01 it calibrates 6.8, every time. This product is just too cheap to send it back and I can use it as a backup (after I buy a legitimate meter) because I can calibrate it to 6.8 and as long as the solution I am testing is somewhere very near 6.8 then everything is OK.

Purchased the product on 02/20/19. And by 03/01/19. The PH Meter wasn't reading my PH Levels right regarding drinking water from my kitchen sink. Maybe the battery I don't know. But the seller along with Amazon should truly see about getting this problem fix. Because from previous reviewers that I read they all seem to have the similar issue.

These are good while they work but they go bad really quick. I’m talking 30-60 days. After buying five of these over time I broke down and bought a $90 meter. It’s still working.

Received it, calibrated it. never worked.Would never find either a stable PH or one that makes sense.I suggest you pass this PH meter and spend your money on a real one, it was a waste for me.I spend some money on a better one after this fail and it is really not the same thing

I tried calibrating and it wouldn't do it. It would read the same 6.75 each time in each different solution. Do yourself a favor and get a local water company to come out and test your water for FREE.

Arrived as shown in photo. Looks like someone dipped it in battery acid or something (batteries were NOT leaking). It gave different readings even in distilled water and after cleaning, then it stopped working in 24 hours. Stick with the tried and true technology of PH test strips! (Gave one star because I cant leave ZERO stars like it deserves).

Didn't last and was inaccurate, something that isn't tolerable when pHing nutrients.
