I actually had a problem with my first order in which the item would not charge but customer service was quick to replace my order and the replacement is working fine.Update: I hadn't noticed at first but the bottom leaks. Perhaps it's just not meant for ejuice as suggested. Plus it's not smooth when vaping.

Would definitely order again!
