Easy to swallow very effective with health. Doctors recommended this and hs helped.

but from a much more expensive manufacturer and at a lower strength. With aging, I'm stepping up my game. This item offers a larger mg while still being cheaper than what I used for years. It also has broccoli and black pepper - that's a plus. I use this product to hopefully metabolize any excess bad estrogens. Would recommend.

There is no after taste. It seems like a good product.

I guess this is a good product. I've been taking them. They came for you with another supplement. Don't know much about this product actually. I know it is citrus so, I assume it's got vitamin C.

Capsules are clean. I like taking this and I do think it is decent quality.

Excellent product but I can’t find them now

This contains grapefruit which isn't good if you're on cholesterol medication. I'm sure this is good for those not taking certain medications. Ask a pharmacy that has your prescriptions on file to see what you can take with it.
